Take this opportunity to show us your wares! We offer several ways for you to become involved and help get your information out to the IAAHA board and members attending the conference.
You can choose from one or several of the following options: Sponsor one or more conference activities, have an exhibitor’s booth, donate items for the give-away or conference gift bags, and make a monetary donation to support the conference.
Sponsor’s names are displayed at the activity being sponsored and sponsors receive special recognition in the conference program. If you choose to have an exhibitor’s booth, you will not only be able to talk to attendees one on one but also have the opportunity to make a presentation to the group during a conference session. If you aren’t able to attend the conference, consider making a donation to show your support.

Texas Live Oak Sponsor/Donation Opportunity
Take this opportunity to get your company recognized by donating any of your products, promotional items, food, coupons - items that could be included in the conference gift bags, used as door prizes, give-aways or entertainment items for the hospitality suite. Monetary donations are welcomed as well and will be used to off-set conference costs. IAAHA will accept and distribute to attendees up to two (2) of your company brochures or informational handouts. If you contribute gifts to be given out to conference attendees, please provide a minimum quantity of fifty (50).

Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Requests must be made in writing and sent to Sherie Sweaney according to following cut-off dates:
Full Refund: October 10th or earlier, less a $50 processing fee
50% Refund: October 11- 20th, less $50.00 processing fee
No Refunds on any request dated and/or postmarked after October 20, 2008.
No Shows: No refund will be provided.
All Refunds will be made by check after the conference and within two months.

NOTE: If paying by check or money order, please mail payment along with the
registration form. Credit card payments must be made through PayPal. A
confirmation invoice will be mailed within 3-5 business days of receipt.
*Registration includes a 6-ft. table in a high traffic area of the conference, time on the conference agenda to present products and services, break refreshments and lunches, names listed in conference program, and ticket to evening event. Only one presentation time slot will be provided per registered company. Partial registrations are not available.
